Candletree Apartments were built in 1983 with 216 units on eight acres. The RTC assumed control of the property in November 1991. In April 1994, the FWHA completed the purchase of the property. Candletree Apartments is a moderate-income family complex.  The property is managed by the Focus Management Company under contract with the FWHA.
