Request for Proposal                                                                                                                                

A request for proposal (RFP) is issued by the Housing Authority when factors other than price (experience, for example) will be considered in awarding a job or contract.

Invitation for Bids

Open Invitation for bids (also known as IFB) is issued by the Housing Authority when a contract will be awarded based on vendor competitive pricing.

 

Bidder’s List

A vendor is not automatically prohibited from submitting a bid because there is no application on file. However, having an Application for Bidder’s List on file brings assurance of advance notification when bids are being solicited.                                            To download form Click here.
